U-60 Label Dispenser

The Dispensa-Matic U-60 Label Dispenser is a heavy-duty, semi-automatic electric label dispenser for labels from 0.375″ to 6.0″ wide x 0.375″ to any length. This label dispenser advances at over 7″ per second.

  • Label cartons, envelopes, brochures, bottles, bags, cans – anything that needs a label
  • Side frames are made from the highest quality metals, then formed, countersunk, de burred and inspected
  • Dispensing tables are formed out of aircraft-grade aluminium. The peel edge is hand-milled to spec within .001″
  • Dispensing tables are polished with ultra-fine polishing compound so paper flows freely around the plate
  • The U-60 motor is a shaded-pole AC motor
  • Dispensa-Matic U-60 uses Micro-Switch branded switches, which are specifically designed to detect all kinds of labels: paper, Mylar, foil, holographic and clear; photo cell available

    X1Jet MX

    The Markoprint X1JET MX is an inkjet printer that runs independently. It’s ideal for coding large printing images directly on carton material in the food, beverage, chemical, and construction industries. On flat or absorbent surfaces, the MX Class piezo inkjet technology codes rapidly, correctly, and reliably.

    The X1JET MX comes in three different styles: Compact, Vario, and Top. The print head on the Compact variant is fixed vertically. The Vario version’s print head may be rotated 90 degrees to the left for coding on ascending conveyor belts. The Top version codes to the packaging or product from above.     Markoprint ZTV HP

    The Markoprint ZTV HP is a Central Ink Supply (CIS) system stores up to 400ml of ink for Markoprint HP Class inkjet printing systems such as the Markoprint integra One, Markoprint X2JET / X4JET, and Markoprint integra Quadro.

    The large ink tank prevents frequent cartridge replacements from lowering your Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). It can hold up to four single HP cartridges repaying you rapidly thanks to reduced ink prices. For non-interrupted production, the system can be paired with our NonStopPrinting printhead. Using an interface directly on the cartridge, current ink filling levels are monitored in real time. When the levels in the bulk tank fall below a certain threshold, a valve to the bulk tank opens and automatically refills it.
