SYMBOL CS4070-HC COMPANION SCANNER

Barcode scanning at patient bedside is crucial in preventing deadly errors in medication administration and specimen collection. Now, you can put wireless enterprise-class barcode capture in the hands of every nurse and lab technician with the disinfectant-ready CS4070-HC. Small enough to be carried at all times, it can be tucked in a pocket or worn on a lanyard. One press of the dedicated pairing button instantly connects the CS4070-HC to Bluetooth-enabled in-room computers, workstations-on-wheels (WOWs), tablets and more. And with superior scanning technology, healthcare workers can instant capture virtually any barcode, in any condition —1-D or 2-D, electronic or printed.

PRZM Intelligent Imaging technology for next generation barcode scanning performance
Delivers laser-style speed and accuracy for first-time every time split second capture of 1-D and 2-D printed barcodes in virtually any condition — even if they are dirty, scratched or poorly printed.

Superior ergonomics
One of the smallest and lightest devices in its class, the CS4070-HC can be tucked in a pocket or worn around the neck on a lanyard. Grooves guide the hand to the most comfortable placement and provide a secure grip, and the placement of trigger buttons enables effortless scanning with any size hand.

Withstands constant disinfecting
IP52 sealing and a specially designed disinfectant-ready plastic housing allow safe wipe-down with a wide variety of harsh chemicals to help prevent the spread of germs.

CS4070

One million+ scans for superior value
The scan button and scan button graphics are designed and tested to handle over a million presses.

Day and night ‘do-not-disturb’ modes
Healthcare workers can choose to mix and match the decode feedback that is right for the moment: visual (green light/red light), haptic (vibration) and an audible tone.

With Service from the Start Advance Exchange with Comprehensive Coverage, your CS4070-HC scanners are covered — period.
This optional service plan keeps devices up, running and in like-new condition with coverage for accidental damage and everyday wear-and-tear — all for just pennies a day.

Scan virtually any barcode on any medium
Scans 1-D, 2-D and PDF417 barcodes displayed on a screen or printed on paper labels, as well as the tiny barcodes printed on individual medication doses and barcodes on curved, reflective surfaces, such as vials, syringes, IV bags, suppositories and patient wristbands.

Easy Bluetooth pairing
One press of the dedicated pairing button connects the CS4070-HC to virtually any Bluetooth-enabled device — from tablets and laptops to in-room omputers and COWs.

Durable design — built to be dropped
Operates reliably after 5 ft./1.2 m drops and 500 consecutive “tumbles” from 1.64 ft./0.5 m.

Full-shift power — period
In the mission-critical world of healthcare, users count on full-shift operation. That’s why the field replaceable battery can be easily changed on-the-go and is designed to last an entire busy 12-hour shift, with an LED indicator that alerts the user when a battery change is needed.

Point-and-shoot scanning simplicity
barcode capture is easy. An extraordinarily wide working range combined with omnidirectional scanning eliminates the need to align scanner and barcode — no need to disturb a sleeping patient to capture the barcode on a wristband.

    Markoprint Integra One

Labeling systems are not always easy to integrate into preexisting production lines. The Markoprint Integra One can be easily integrated into production processes thanks to its compact dimensions of 186 x 86 x 98 mm. The printing system has a display for data entry as well as system settings modification and verification. This information can also be viewed from mobile devices if the WLAN version is selected.

Inkjet printers should be properly protected if they are subjected to harsh manufacturing circumstances. In addition, the Markoprint integra One ip has an IP 65 protection rating. As a result, it’s ideal for use in the food industry.

    Geset 125 Horizontal Labelling System

The Geset 125 labelling system is used to label cylindrical products automatically. Depending on the type and dimension of the product, different label sizes are used. The products are fed manually or by a conveying system provided by the customer at an infeed passage of the labelling system. Care should be taken on accurate alignment of the products between the two freely mounted rollers of the roll conveyor. The side guide’s position the products flush with the outside edge of the roll conveyor.

The roll conveyor feeds the products to the labeller. There the label is applied with the part running forward onto the product and it is pushed by rotation and the back pressure of the wrapping unit onto the product. The back pressure of the wrapping unit (the speed of the wrapping unit is twice as fast as the speed of the base conveyor) enables the product in rotation. The roll conveyor forwards the finished labelled products to the outfeed. Here the products are removed manually or by the customer’s conveying system.
