RFID Ready models are modified for easy upgrade to a multi-protocol reader/encoder that supports EPC-compatible and other ultra-high-frequency (UHF) standards. The reader/encoder supports the RFID protocols that are most current at the time of installation and can be Flash-upgradeable to support future protocols.

RFID Ready products allow companies that are still in the RFID discovery process to ensure that they have the right technology to support their implementations even as their requirements change.

    Summary

    BCP Apps – Data Collect Plus is designed for those customers who need a straight forward data collection application with a choice of multiple programs. You can choose to have either ONE, TWO or THREE programs in the Application each with their own unique data fields. Each data field can be named and its length defined prior to installation. One of the fields in each program can be nominated as an Additions field that will total up all entries made in that field and display it on each screen. Each data field allows either scanned or keyed data entry for ease of use. There is an added facility for the operator to view the data collected and delete entries if desired, prior to downloading to the host. All entries in the Data Files are time and date stamped and can easily be downloaded into the customers Database or Excel spreadsheet by using WLAN or just a USB connection. What could be more straight forward?

    Markoprint NonStop Printing

    To enable continuous marking in ongoing production, our Markoprint NonStopPrinting printhead holds two alternately printing cartridges. Because the other ink cartridge is printing on the same position, each ink cartridge can be changed, cleaned, or serviced without pausing the machine.

    An intelligent automatism prevents both cartridges from going empty at the same time. The first cartridge will always print two consecutive print jobs, taking turns with the second cartridge, which will only print one. This sophisticated automatism avoids both cartridges from running out at the same time. This will keep the ink from drying out in both cartridges. When the cartridge with the larger print volumes is empty, a warning will show, and the other cartridge will continue printing until it is replaced. The new cartridge will print the lower quantities to allow for you to replace the “older” cartridge. A sophisticated workflow that will boost your efficiency and productivity.
