The Nautiz X4 has all you need for work on the go. It features a high-brightness resistive touchscreen for a generous and practical mobile workspace, without sacrificing portability — this ultra-rugged handheld weighs just 330 grams (11.6 ounces). The unit comes complete with either a high-performance laser scanner or 2D imager for super-fast and accurate scanning and barcoding tasks. It also features a 5MP camera with auto focus and LED Flash. An integrated GPS receiver by u-blox®, the global leader in positioning technology for professional field use, offers built-in navigation functionality. Multiple connectivity options such as high-powered 3G and Wi-Fi keep you connected, everywhere and always.
The feature-rich Nautiz X4 runs Android 4.2 or Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 operating system. A high-speed 1 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM and 1 GB of Flash memory make sure this device keeps up with every task you throw its way.
And we do mean “throw” — in addition to being a computing workhorse in the field, the Nautiz X4 is also built to withstand rough use, such as drops and tumbles, and it’s unfazed by environmental factors such as extreme temperatures, dust and water, proved by stringent industry and military-standard durability tests. The Nautiz X4 is IP65-rated and meets stringent MIL-STD-810G test standards. You can use the Nautiz X4 in heavy rain or bright sunshine, fog or dust — and when you’re done, just rinse it off and toss it in the truck with the rest of your gear.

NAUTIZ X4 Data SheetGeset 125 Horizontal Labelling System
The Geset 125 labelling system is used to label cylindrical products automatically. Depending on the type and dimension of the product, different label sizes are used. The products are fed manually or by a conveying system provided by the customer at an infeed passage of the labelling system. Care should be taken on accurate alignment of the products between the two freely mounted rollers of the roll conveyor. The side guide’s position the products flush with the outside edge of the roll conveyor.
The roll conveyor feeds the products to the labeller. There the label is applied with the part running forward onto the product and it is pushed by rotation and the back pressure of the wrapping unit onto the product. The back pressure of the wrapping unit (the speed of the wrapping unit is twice as fast as the speed of the base conveyor) enables the product in rotation. The roll conveyor forwards the finished labelled products to the outfeed. Here the products are removed manually or by the customer’s conveying system.

Summary
BCP Apps – Data Collect Plus is designed for those customers who need a straight forward data collection application with a choice of multiple programs. You can choose to have either ONE, TWO or THREE programs in the Application each with their own unique data fields. Each data field can be named and its length defined prior to installation. One of the fields in each program can be nominated as an Additions field that will total up all entries made in that field and display it on each screen. Each data field allows either scanned or keyed data entry for ease of use. There is an added facility for the operator to view the data collected and delete entries if desired, prior to downloading to the host. All entries in the Data Files are time and date stamped and can easily be downloaded into the customers Database or Excel spreadsheet by using WLAN or just a USB connection. What could be more straight forward?
