The Epson C7500 inkjet label printer is a fast, full-colour label printer whose rugged design allows minimal maintenance, low cost of ownership, and is ideal for busy, on-demand labelling environments.

The Just-in-Time Colour printing lets you print the labels you need, when you need them, quickly and economically. The C7500 uses durable inks that won’t smudge, smear or fade. And the highly durable labels are up to 50% lower in cost than laser or thermal-transfer printed labels.

High-speed colour label printing

If you are looking for high-speed, in-house on-demand colour label printing, the Epson C7500 is for you. With durable smudge-resistant inks, this printer can crank out labels at up to 11.8″ per second.

Its astounding image quality is a result of the PrecisionCore inkjet technology that Epson uses to deliver precise barcodes and ultra-sharp text. And the built-in Nozzle Verification technology constantly checks for clogged nozzles and halts printing to clean nozzles when needed.

The highly efficient printer uses high-yield ink cartridges so there are fewer interruptions and less down-time during print cycles. The ink cartridges are easy to replace and a lot simpler to use than thermal-transfer ribbons or laser toner. The C7500 is up to 50% lower in printing costs versus laser or thermal-transfer printers printing the same labels.

With the built-in ESC/Label language capabilities, you can use the printer with your existing workflows and even add colour with simple programming extensions.

The Axicon 7015 combines CCD based hardware and state of the art application software, conforming to the latest ISO/ANSI print quality standards (ANSI x3.182 and ISO/IEC15416-1). Our equipment has been independently tested and conforms to ISO/IEC15426-1. The Axicon 7015 is designed for all barcodes where an 8, 10 or 20mil aperture is mandatory (such as GS1-128 and ITF-14), up to 195mm width including quiet zones. The PV-1000 Portable display and collection unit has been introduced in response to the requests of our customers, who appreciate the ease of use and high level of repeatable accuracy of the Axicon PC and Mac-based verifiers, but would like to add portability to their quality processes. For existing Axicon verifier customers who now
find that portability would be beneficial in their quality control there is no need to purchase a new verifier – just add a portable display and collection unit to work with the existing equipment – the Axicon PV-1000.

X1Jet XR

The X1JET XR inkjet printer is a stand-alone printing system that uses an XR Class piezo printhead. The printhead, ink system, maintenance station, and control electronics are all housed in one compact all-in-one device. Three different versions are available for different applications: in the Compact version, the printhead is mounted for horizontal marking. The Vario version printhead may be rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise for added flexibility. The printhead is connected to the ink system via a 1000mm long hose in the Top version, which provides greater flexibility.

The oil-based XR 980 ink is ideal for printing on both mildly absorbent and absorbent product surfaces. Its quick drying period makes it ideal for printing on painted folding boxes.
