Axicon 6015 Barcode Verifier
The Axicon 6015 combines CCD based hardware and state of the art application software, conforming to the latest ISO/ANSI print quality standards (ANSI x3.182 and ISO/IEC15416-1). Our equipment has been independently tested and conforms to ISO/IEC15426-1. The Axicon 6015 is designed for all barcodes where a 4, 5, 6,10 or 20mil aperture is mandatory up to 68mm width including quiet zones. The simple to use design reduces user error and eliminates product damage whilst providing the highest level of accuracy achievable for verification.
Consumer level (Point of Sale) barcodes whether being verified on film, cartons, bags, cans, pots or jars plus all linear barcodes of a similar size.
Simply install the software on your computer, plug in the verifier and you can be confident that your barcodes are being checked to the highest standards. The standard software includes everything you could ever need from a barcode verifier.
Traceability features include automatic saving of files, reports in a variety of formats, data content checks against a wide range of application standards as well as the product look-up function – helping you to ensure that your barcodes are fit for purpose.
The Axicon Verifier, when used in conjunction with the accurately produced calibration sheet, forms an integral part of your ISO 9000 quality control procedures.

The Markoprint X1JET MX is an inkjet printer that runs independently. It’s ideal for coding large printing images directly on carton material in the food, beverage, chemical, and construction industries. On flat or absorbent surfaces, the MX Class piezo inkjet technology codes rapidly, correctly, and reliably.
The X1JET MX comes in three different styles: Compact, Vario, and Top. The print head on the Compact variant is fixed vertically. The Vario version’s print head may be rotated 90 degrees to the left for coding on ascending conveyor belts. The Top version codes to the packaging or product from above. True Type fonts are used to print text, logos, barcodes, and data matrix codes in the system.
The Markoprint X1JET MX makes printing simple with its 3-logic intuitive operation and LED status light. Data can be transferred via USB stick. It also has a maintenance station that includes a power supply.
