With the new high performance Markoprint X4JET print controller, different inkjet printing technologies can be controlled either simultaneously or alternately. The intuitive input unit of the new high performance Markoprint X4JET plus print controller is a boost to operator convenience. All system parameters can be entered easily and quickly, to be stored and called up later.
Markoprint X4JET Plus
The Markoprint X4JET Plus targets not only the food & beverage industry, but also the pharmaceutical industry and system integrators to provide reliable, fast and flexible printing where its needed. Using MarkoPrint’s iDesign software, print layouts can be quickly and intuitively designed by anyone. With simultaneous 1:1 data transmission, high industry demands are satisfied. The number of conventional interfaces guarantees fast and smooth communication with higher level data systems. No batch processing or downloads necessary.
Datamatrix, MHD and batch marking can be applied to primary packaging and large barcodes, company logos and certification marks may be applied to secondary packaging. Because the Markoprint X4JET manages up to 3 000 serializations per minute, all this can be done fast. The compact control unit can also be conveniently integrated into existing conveying systems or into control cabinets.

X4JET leafletX1Jet XR
The X1JET XR inkjet printer is a stand-alone printing system that uses an XR Class piezo printhead. The printhead, ink system, maintenance station, and control electronics are all housed in one compact all-in-one device. Three different versions are available for different applications: in the Compact version, the printhead is mounted for horizontal marking. The Vario version printhead may be rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise for added flexibility. The printhead is connected to the ink system via a 1000mm long hose in the Top version, which provides greater flexibility.
The oil-based XR 980 ink is ideal for printing on both mildly absorbent and absorbent product surfaces. Its quick drying period makes it ideal for printing on painted folding boxes.

The Markoprint ZTV HP is a Central Ink Supply (CIS) system stores up to 400ml of ink for Markoprint HP Class inkjet printing systems such as the Markoprint integra One, Markoprint X2JET / X4JET, and Markoprint integra Quadro.
The large ink tank prevents frequent cartridge replacements from lowering your Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). It can hold up to four single HP cartridges repaying you rapidly thanks to reduced ink prices. For non-interrupted production, the system can be paired with our NonStopPrinting printhead. Using an interface directly on the cartridge, current ink filling levels are monitored in real time. When the levels in the bulk tank fall below a certain threshold, a valve to the bulk tank opens and automatically refills it.

Designed for hospital, clinic, laboratory and pharmacy applications, the direct thermal ZD410 helps to protect privacy by leaving no record on a ribbon of what has been printed. The optional 300 dpi print resolution is ideal for printing small labels. The ZD410 healthcare model is currently available for purchase only in North America and the European Union countries. It will be launched in other countries throughout 2016.
