X1Jet LX MK2

The Markoprint X1JET LX inkjet operates LX Class printing technology and is small, compact, and cost-effective system. It has a single housing unit constructed of robust milled and anodized aluminium that houses both the print head and the print controller. High-resolution prints are possible thanks to the printhead’s two nozzle row. The ink type is detected, and the level of ink filling is stored using its internal memory. The X1JET LX has an integrated picture sensor that automatically starts printing.

    Weber 121 Wrap-Around Label Applicator

    Weber’s versatile 121 provides a simple, cost-effective solution to low-volume wrap-around labelling that is as accurate and flexible as similar labelling systems used in larger-scale operations.  This labelling system features the fast and accurate positioning of full, overlap and partial-wraps of pressure-sensitive labels on cylindrical containers.

    Products up to 7″ in diameter and up to 12″ high easily can be accommodated using the system’s adjustable guide rails. It can handle labels up to 6 inches tall and 12 inches long and apply them at rates up to 45 products per minute to a variety of sized products. During application, labels are peeled away from the liner and securely attached to products using the wipe-on label applicator and a wrap station.

    LABELS on the GO!

    Summary

    LABELS on the GO! provides you with the ability to print labels from a database of information, which resides on a Mobile Device, then prints to a Mobile Label Printer. Flexible configuration allows the user to design custom label formats that can include linear or two dimensional bar codes. Also defined by the user is a database of multiple data elements to drive label printing. Use LABELS on the GO! when labels are needed and you do not have access to your host system or when you need to print new labels that are not currently available from your application software.

    Axicon 6015 Barcode Verifier

    The Axicon 6015 combines CCD based hardware and state of the art application software, conforming to the latest ISO/ANSI print quality standards (ANSI x3.182 and ISO/IEC15416-1). Our equipment has been independently tested and conforms to ISO/IEC15426-1. The Axicon 6015 is designed for all barcodes where a 4, 5, 6,10 or 20mil aperture is mandatory up to 68mm width including quiet zones. The simple to use design reduces user error and eliminates product damage whilst providing the highest level of accuracy achievable for verification.
