Markoprint Integra PP 108

The Markoprint Integra PP108 is the first inkjet printer with SEIKO printing technology and a circulating ink system. It features a POZIFLOW circulating ink system which prevents the accumulation of air in the nozzles and ensures a permanent, clean print image without missing print due to blocked nozzles. The system’s ink tank can be installed above, below, or at the same height as the print head without any problems. The new SEIKO printhead has a print height of 108 mm and achieves a remarkable speed of up to 150 meters per minute with a high resolution of 360 dpi.

Suited to Dual Colour Printing Applications such as Hazard Labelling, Dual Colour overprinting and Direct Printing Applications to corrugate, and web printing applications, the PP108 is the latest high end, economical Inkjet System using the latest Drop on Demand Printing Technology.

    The layout of the labels is created either using label software or through direct programming via a text editor on the PC. Label formats, fonts and graphic data, serial data and database contents are saved or imported on the CF memory card, USB flash drive or the internal IFFS printer memory. Only variable data is sent to the printer via keyboard or host computer before being printed out. Data from a barcode scanner or a balance can also be received by the printer.

    The Axicon 7015 combines CCD based hardware and state of the art application software, conforming to the latest ISO/ANSI print quality standards (ANSI x3.182 and ISO/IEC15416-1). Our equipment has been independently tested and conforms to ISO/IEC15426-1. The Axicon 7015 is designed for all barcodes where an 8, 10 or 20mil aperture is mandatory (such as GS1-128 and ITF-14), up to 195mm width including quiet zones.
