Scan all 1D barcodes from practically anywhere with onboard Bluetooth® capability. The LS3578-ER rugged cordless scanner reads labels as far away as 45 feet and as close as .25 inches, delivering the widest working range of any rugged, handheld scanner.
Designed for use in the yard, warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing plant and other harsh environments, this scanner withstands multiple drops onto concrete and has IP65-rated sealing for protection against the elements.
SCAN BARCODES OVER A WIDE RANGE OF DISTANCES
The LS3578-ER rugged scanner allows employees to scan items from as close as .25 inches /.64cm to as far away as 45 feet /13.7 m. It also allows employees to quickly switch from reading barcodes on inventory to capturing smaller symbologies.

XC Label Printer
The layout of the labels is created either using label software or through direct programming via a text editor on the PC. Label formats, fonts and graphic data, serial data and database contents are saved or imported on the CF memory card, USB flash drive or the internal IFFS printer memory. Only variable data is sent to the printer via keyboard or host computer before being printed out. Data from a barcode scanner or a balance can also be received by the printer.

The Geset 111 labelling system is used to label square products on the top side automatically. Depending on the type and dimension of the product, different label sizes are used. The products are fed manually or by a conveying system provided by the customer at an infeed passage on the labelling system. Care should be taken on accurate alignment of the products. It is essential that the products are forwarded separately to the applicator with a gap between each other.
When the barrier is reached, an application trigger is tripped. The label applicator applies a label on the product in Wipe On procedure. The label on the top side is pushed on to the product by a brush or roller. After labelling, the products move on and can be removed from the conveyor by the customer.
