Geset Labelling Machine
Fast, reliable, economical solutions to product labelling: Geset 100, 300 and 700 labelling machines are part of a modular system. Up to 50 modules are available for design solutions to customer demands. The Geset 100 is a labelling machine for small production series, designed to produce small volumes as accurately and flexibly as would a large plant. Its robust construction renders it ideal both for intermittent use of only a few minutes per day and for multiple shift operation.
Overview of labelling machines
- Geset 100 – simple and low cost, well suited for production of small series
- Geset 300 – complex, fast, flexible
- Geset 700 – may be individually combined with different printing technologies
Geset 100 – simple and flexible labelling machine

The Geset 100 is a labelling machine for small production series, designed to produce small volumes as accurately and flexibly as would a large plant. Its robust construction renders it ideal both for intermittent use of only a few minutes per day and for multiple shift operation.
Geset 100 labelling machines may be integrated into existing production processes or operated as manually loaded stand-alone solutions.
Geset 300 labelling machine for fast single side or all-round labelling

The basic concept of the Geset 300 labelling machine is based on two-sided labelling of moulded bottles without the use of runaround text blocks. Adaptation to a specific product is done by simple adjustment of the machine components.
- Label dimensions: up to 250 mm high
- Clock frequency: up to 250 /min
The alignment and therefore highly accurate positioning of the labels is achieved through transport.
Geset 700 – individual, customised labelling machine

It is irrelevant in this respect whether a machine is to be designed and developed for the cosmetics industry, for pharmaceutical standard or special products or to meet existing guidelines. Plants are also developed for individual labelling in the foodstuffs industry.

Furniture Polish Labels

When creating a family of furniture care products such as conditioners and oils, be sure to let the customer see exactly what they will be putting on their expensive wooden treasures. By using clear labels and containers, the buyer can see the products inside, showing your quality ingredients. And since your customer will be concerned about the ingredients, your label needs to show caution information and detailed instructions.

The layout of the labels is created either using label software or through direct programming via a text editor on the PC. Label formats, fonts and graphic data, serial data and database contents are saved or imported on the CF memory card, USB flash drive or the internal IFFS printer memory. Only variable data is sent to the printer via keyboard or host computer before being printed out. Data from a barcode scanner or a balance can also be received by the printer.

The innovative Zebra CS3000 Series enables enterprises to easily implement 1D laser scanning where either mobility or the cost and
size of a traditional scanning device is an inhibitor. Two models provide the flexibility for use in many applications. The CS3000 can be utilized in standalone mode for the batch scanning of bar codes, while the CS3070 offers batch mode as well as real-time bar code data transmission to a host application via a wireless Bluetooth® connection to smartphones, laptops and more. The result is a new level of affordability for 1D scanning — and the ability to streamline, error proof and simplify many business processes.
