Epson’s compact, four-colour C3500 inkjet printer features fast printing speeds up to 4 ips, a banding reduction mode and a nozzle check system that produces a reliable output of labels with excellent image quality. And with the C3500 you can print on a wide range of media from plain paper to matte and glossy label stock. I t handles roll-fed or fanfold, die cut or continuous label media.

Epson_ColorWorks_C3500_A&SGeset 111 Top Labelling System
The Geset 111 labelling system is used to label square products on the top side automatically. Depending on the type and dimension of the product, different label sizes are used. The products are fed manually or by a conveying system provided by the customer at an infeed passage on the labelling system. Care should be taken on accurate alignment of the products. It is essential that the products are forwarded separately to the applicator with a gap between each other.
When the barrier is reached, an application trigger is tripped. The label applicator applies a label on the product in Wipe On procedure. The label on the top side is pushed on to the product by a brush or roller. After labelling, the products move on and can be removed from the conveyor by the customer.

The Markoprint X1JET MX is an inkjet printer that runs independently. It’s ideal for coding large printing images directly on carton material in the food, beverage, chemical, and construction industries. On flat or absorbent surfaces, the MX Class piezo inkjet technology codes rapidly, correctly, and reliably.
The X1JET MX comes in three different styles: Compact, Vario, and Top. The print head on the Compact variant is fixed vertically. The Vario version’s print head may be rotated 90 degrees to the left for coding on ascending conveyor belts. The Top version codes to the packaging or product from above. True Type fonts are used to print text, logos, barcodes, and data matrix codes in the system.
The Markoprint X1JET MX makes printing simple with its 3-logic intuitive operation and LED status light. Data can be transferred via USB stick. It also has a maintenance station that includes a power supply.
