Weber Multiline II

With a maximum of 4 print heads per system, the Multiline marks packaging on 2 sides accurately and fast (up to 200 metres per minute). Depending on the type of print head, up to 8 lines of text can be printed. This is done using font sizes from 2 to 48 mm. Character sets of different formats, bar codes, company logos, pictograms, quality seals, warnings, etc. can be introduced into any text. The visual quality remains constant even at high production speeds. The lit display and the large membrane keypad on the control unit make data input and operation simple and easy. The system requires only minimum maintenance. The majority of inks used are solvent-free. They will adhere to porous and less absorbent surfaces if the drying is supported by heat. A PC program that can be run in Windows® is also available. It can be used to create texts and graphics as well as for networking and the centralised operation of up to 99 Multiline control units.
