With the new high quality print controller X4JET, various inkjet printing technologies can be simultaneously or alternately controlled.

As a result, fonts and barcodes ranging in size from 3 millimeters to 400 mm are feasible. The new compact solution enables duplex printing on both the primary and secondary packaging, which is carried out on one or two separate production lines.

When considering the printing techniques being used, maintenance-free, brilliant printing accompanied by high operational availability is evident. Datamatrix, MHD, and LOS labels can be used on the primary packaging, while particularly large barcodes, company logos, and quality labels can be placed on the secondary packaging. Due to the controller's ability to create up to 3,000 serializations per minute, this is all done at lightning speed. The compact control unit can effortlessly be integrated with existing conveyor technology or used in cabinets

In addition to the food industry, X4JET is aimed at the pharmaceutical industry, system providers, and situations where safe, fast, and flexible printing is in demand. Additionally, simple and slow requests are ideally and inexpensively solved. With the help of the iDesign software, print layouts are self-explanatory and can quickly be created by anyone. The data is simultaneously transmitted 1:1. Batch processing and downloads are not necessary. Data transmissions meet the high requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. All of the common interfaces for connecting to high- level data systems are available.
